Lilith is a balanced and sincere craft beer, an Amber Ale that she seduces and cloaks, but does not betray.

Lilith Beer is produced by the Brutòn of San Cassiano di Moriano brewery in Lucca and is considered an excellent high fermentation craft preparation. Format: 0.33 liters.

The color is a rough amber, slightly veiled, the foam is of high quality and the first spicy notes immediately spurt out from the smell that will accompany us throughout the tasting.

She has a Cascade hopping that doesn't go unnoticed, not to mention the taste: wheat, grass and honey, before finishing with a touch of pepper.

She is named after Adam's first wife, considered the biblical father of humanity.

Recommended Combinations

The average structure makes Lilith a craft beer perfect for grilled red meats, although in general it goes perfectly with all red meats. For cheeses, on the other hand, we recommend a caciocavallo, or anyhow seasoned stretched curd products.
