The Brùton Beer is produced by the brewery of the same name in San Cassiano di Moriano, which designates it as one of the main exponents of the high fermentation craft beers of this expert laboratory in Lucca.

It is a Belgian ale, a highly fermented beer: golden in its appearance, delicate in smell and bitter in taste.
