Birra Bianca is produced by the Lucchese Brutòn brewery in San Cassiano di Moriano and is considered an excellent high-fermentation product.

The Birra Bianca of the Bruton Brewery shares many aspects with the Belgian Blanches, starting with the high percentage of barley malt that composes it.

Unmalted wheat, on the other hand, consists of spelled, a typical product of Lucca. The nose arises with citrus notes, hand in hand with exotic infusions and simple cereals.

The success of this beer is due to the perfectly balanced flavor between acid and bitterness. The aftertaste is strongly bitter, only partially offset by citrus notes.

The Bruton Birra Bianca goes perfectly with light and fresh dishes, such as citrus or fish salads.
