Odiosa is a wheat beer (malted barley and wheat) whose sensory profile highlights the notes made by the raw materials used and the selected yeasts, developing the canonical 'Weiss' themes of ripe fruit, in this case the banana and sweet spices, such as cloves, combining them with a background of biscuit and caramel and an acidulous vein that gives freshness to the palate.
Excellent in combination with white meats, smoked fish, risottos, medium-aged cheeses (also smoked), mushrooms, spelled pasta.
