This pasta is produced exclusively with durum wheat semolina collected in the Pisan Hills by the Cooperative's farmers.
The processing is carried out according to artisanal methods, with bronze drawing and drying at low temperatures.

Terra di Luce extra virgin olive oil is produced in Tuscany, in the province of Pisa. The olives used for the production come exclusively from the members of the Cooperative which provides for the milling of its own mill and the subsequent storage and packaging of the oil. The oil has a strong, distinctly fruity aroma, whose qualities emerge when used raw.
