The Rosé Wine of Villa Sardi is a product made entirely from organic Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes, with the addition of small quantities of white berries.
The Rosé Wine of Villa Sardi is the result of a very careful selection process that starts from the harvest, where the grapes are picked by hand.
Maceration takes place partly thanks to a pneumatic press, partly cold: in this second case, fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless steel containers. The wine is aged for 4 months on fine lees.
The final product appears pale pink, while the nose brings hints of raspberry and rose. The taste is pleasant, refreshing and closes with savory and fruity notes.
The Rosé Wine of Villa Sardi, fresh and tasty, is ideal as an accompaniment to aperitifs. It is also good with fish and shellfish dishes.
