Ragù di chianina rosso is an ancient recipe that is prepared with great calm and dedication, only with Tuscan ingredients. The Chianina is an Italian bovine breed once used as a driving force and today bred exclusively for the production of meat.
It owes its name to the Val di Chiana, generally considered a native breed of central Italy. A little luxury for our palate.
Recommended Combinations
Excellent condiment for first courses that go perfectly with a good red wine with an enveloping and spicy scent, round on the palate, dry and with good tannins.
