Altair White Wine is a product of the Borgo la Torre di Montecarlo Farm, in Lucca, a place with an ancient winemaking tradition: since 1887 there have been testimonies of wine production, which over the years has become an excellence of the area thanks to careful work of selection and innovation.
Altair, with the Toscana Bianco IGT denomination, is a white wine obtained by blending Vermentino (50%) and Viognier (50%) grapes.
This product represents a brilliant and lively accompaniment, with an intense straw yellow color. The nose arises with hints of fresh fruit, in which it is possible to find pineapple, apricot, plum and mango.
Balanced in flavor, Altair is a full-bodied drink that flows excellently, envelops the taste buds and leaves a fruity and resinous trail on the palate.
Recommended Combinations
Altair is a white wine that goes well with aperitifs, even if its ideal habitat is fish, both as a first course and in general.
