Reductive to simply define it as a white wine: MilleEsettantotto is a small treasure made of whole bunches of Chardonnay and Viogner, which takes its name from the year of construction of the first vineyards of the Usiglian del Vescovo estate.
A bright straw yellow color enriched by green reflections, for a delicate and complex bouquet, with fresh and sweet notes that alternate on the palate with a discreet persistence, matured in an aging that, after a phase in barrel and a phase in earthenware amphorae, can also continue in the cellar.
Recommended Combinations
Excellent for very aromatic fish dishes, it also goes well with courses based on white truffles, mushrooms and white meat. Accompanied by some snacks, it can also promote an excellent meditative experience.
