Gradizia al Peperoncino is a cheese produced by the famous Caseificio Bertagni, which for generations has excelled in sheep farming and milk processing, always in full respect of traditions.

The Gradizia is obtained from pasteurized cow and sheep's milk, i.e. heat treated in order to heal it, and is offered to tasters as a true first among dairy products.

At the first bite, the sweet intentions of this cheese can be misunderstood because it fills the mouth with its soft texture.

Immediately afterwards, however, it shows off all its personality, and the spicy notes of the chili pepper emerge, which sting the palate and give credit to the Gradizia.

Recommended Combinations

A flavor that cannot be dissatisfied in a substantial aperitif or during a snack: here Gradizia shows its best side. With a top-fermented beer it can do its best.
